No extension of the I-94 is possible. You have completed the "contract" with the USCIS by getting married before it expired and you have filed for AOS. You are now in a period of authorized stay. As for government issued ID for the interview, you will have to use your passport or the EAD/AP card if you applied for them. You also typically turn in the I-94 at the interview if you have one. As far as a CA DL you will havet to wait for an acceptable document that they can use to issue you a DL--check out their website for what is required.

Good luck,

Dave

adjusting from a K-1 - never try to extend your I-94.

if you filed the AOS package, and included the EAD application - you can chase after california ID with the EAD card - usually it shows up before the green card.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
