That is very fast for you. Congratutlation and I wish you a happy new beginning

God is good and Jesus Rocks. A few minutes ago I just checked my case status online on the USCIS website and it states:

Post Decision Activity

On January 31, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

My fiance has to call and confirm from USCIS, 29TH Aug 2012 is my NOA1 date, been waiting exactly 5months and two days. Should i start doing the twist

Anyone, who knows what's the next step after this? I pray that y'all July/Aug Filers get a speedy approval! Be Blessed

How exciting! Hopefully this is a sign and they will start moving faster, or at least closer to their 5 month processing goal!

I wouldn't hold out hope for that, we're july 19 and no sign of approval. A few people in our thread are 200 day club

Thanks but I am seeing that the average time here is 6-7 months just to get approval. SO Yours is the first I have see that has been 5 months. Except for those from Haiti that tend to get approved in 2 months! So I guess there is no trick or rhyme or reason on when or who gets approved.

I imagine the VSC being overhwelmed with many different kind of paper work to approve. So in my mind I imagine a worker there with stacks of paperwork around them and they just drawn a file , like a raffle ticket, and that is the file they work hard on in that moment. There doesnt seem to be an order.

Oh well....and the wait continues...

When we filed in Aug, the processing time was 5.2months and everyone expected to be approved within this time but VSC went up to 6.2months. I see alot of Aug approvals lately at VSC. They are moving faster than CSC, atleast for now. Keep the faith....and the journey continues.
