Many years ago I petitioned an ex for K1. When we did this we could follow on the USICS website where many on this forum dicussed the term "Touched" which we knew on USICS website that at least someone had our file. What would happen is once someone at the Service Center picked up our packet they would change the status to "Touched" so we at least knew where we stood. I recall what you did not want was "Touch" then back in the file and another "Touch" which meant they needed to investigate or get another opinion. Just curious as to what the Veterans or anyone knows about why this changed. At least with Touched we knew someone loved us there (L)

I am just thankful we are through the NOA2 process and off to Interview next week.
