The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa. The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Just got an email and a phonecall from the constituent of the senator. She said she put a request to the NVC and the USCIS regarding case location. I wrote to her and faxed her at 7pm yesterday so that was a quick turnaround. Hoping for the best. Called the NVC and they still haven't received my file. 26 calendar days and counting.....

after a week of my case being completed at the NVC, I finally received the email. Does this mean they will soon schedule me for an interview?? I know MsHogan's interview was scheduled the same day she received this email, I just hope they do the same here.

Just wanna know how long will it takes from the time the NVC receives the DS3032 'til the IV invoice?

My DS3032 was accepted last Feb. 21 but I haven't got the invoice yet... :crying: My patience is draining.. :crying:

I just got a NVC checklist cover letter from NVCInquiry@state.gov, asking me to submit IV application part I. I have submitted that yesterday to NVCElectronic@state.gov. Should I respond to NVCInquiry@state.gov? If I should, should I send again my DS-230 to NVCInquiry@state.gov or NVCElectronic@state.gov

Anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate that!

Nothing new here, sent a expedite request to my Congressman today. Guess it can't hurt

Already sent one to Senator Dianne Feinstein, and to the PI Supervisor.

Just got off the phone with NVC and our AOS has been accepted!!!! Spoke to Jim, who was SUPER nice and he totally made my day! Now, just to get the IV invoice and maybe, just maybe, we can get that IV application off tomorrow! Celebratory happy dance? Yes, I think so!!! :dance: :dance:

I received 2 emails and paid the AOS. I have the site opened to check status and still says "IN PROCESS"..

You'll receive an email saying that:

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032...

Hi all,

I got a checklist for the I-864A filed by my sponsor...After entering what the NVC wanted from the sponsor, do i have to re-submit my sponsor's IRS tax transcripts & their paystubs (which i have submitted earlier), or are they talking about just fixing some errors on the form? Sorry, i got confused while reading the checklist and wasn't quite sure what i should do. My sponsors are both my parents. Initially, I only submitted a I-864A from my dad, looks like they want me to submit an I-864A from my mom also. They file their taxes together & has a joint bank account, so can i just copy what is on my dad's sheet onto my mom's??? do i also have to re-submit my I-864??? Any help on this would be really appreciated.

My husband just made a call to NVC and they receive our case on 22nd of Feb. Can't believe USCIS would not even tell us whether the case was shipped or not!!!
