I haven't got my case number either. It's been 3 weeks now with out a case number. Wonder what's going on with NVC, are they behind schedules? Seems like others have to wait a month now just to get their case number.

You're supposed to start counting from the date that NVC received your file, not your NOA2 date, :crying: when the NVC operator says wait 10-20 business days.

Oh ok, well in that case one NVC operator said that they received my case on the 13th of Feb. and yesterday another operator said it was received on the 11th of Feb. I'm all confused now and some of the people on their timeline show that they received their case number in 2 weeks from their NOA2. Maybe things are slowing down over there I guess. I'm surprised you haven't got your case number yet. You were approved like a week before me.

I think we had the same timeline in NVC I got approved last January 29,2013 how did you know wheb NVC recieved your case. Still no case number yet I will follow your timeline

Well, you may hear/ask the "packet receive date" from NVC operator.

They do usually tell that, once you call them and provide the USCIS case number to them.

Finally received my case number today!!! My file was received by NVC on 02/05/13 and the lady told me they just scanned it in this morning and to wait for an email from them. I'm gonna be busy wrapping up lose ends this weekend!!!

Congrats!! We have the same wedding date. :)

A quick question regarding AOS form (i-864).

The line # 23 says "My current individual income is:" ?

Thus, if i have one employee and work on W2 wages, should i put their my annual salary?

Should that salary in #23 match the salary info stated in "Employee Letter" ? :help:

Please, help me to clarify this point. Thanks !

Your current income is how much you're currently making. If you're on salary, then put your salary amount. If you're hourly, then multiply the amount with the amount of hours and with 52 weeks.

Yes, that amount should meet your employment letter. If you've got a letter already, then put that amount.
