Yes! I got through, but hoping they answer my call soon! I'm wasting pinger minutes just sitting here -_- Here's hoping they received the case! I couldn't track it because it was like 50 bucks that I didn't have at the time

Man... got the standard run around answer about 20 business days :/ She said they usually won't see anything in the system about the AOS/IV packages until after the review has begun... is that true?

Yes. The packages are only logged in the system that the operators use AFTER a review has begun. For once, the operator was telling the truth ;)

Anyone knows what is going on with NVC ???? I was one of the lucky few that received their IV bill friday, but today when I went to pay there is no bill there and I have been calling NVC for an hour and all I'm getting is a busy signal mad.gif

Do you mean they invoiced the bill on Friday or approved your DS3032 on Friday? 'Cause they approved my DDS3032 on Friday and I'm still waiting for the bill to actually be invoiced... It'll probably take another day or two.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

Yes, call USCIS and ask for the exact date that your case was shipped out. If it hasn't been shipped yet, request that it be shipped asap.

They received my DS-261 Jan. 22 we finally received an email to pay the 230.00 feb. 15th but i just tried to pay the bill and it's not there, It's crazy how a fee can disappear overnight... just weird now i'm guessing we have to wait more days ???

AAARRRRGGGGHHHH STILL NO CASE NUMBEEEEERRRRRR!!!!

Sorry about the caps but, Seriously? I'm about to start thinking something is wrong. My NOA1 was on Jan 25!! ####### are they doing? At least they do say they've received the case, so I know it's in the building! But this delay is so frustrating!!! I feel like it's just time wasted, it's been almost FOUR WEEKS!
