By calling them up and asking.

can i use this letter to show to st Lukes?

January 29, 2013

Dear Principal Applicant:

The immigrant visa petition recently filed on your behalf is now eligible for further processing at the

National Visa Center (NVC). You will need the following identification numbers to carry out the next

steps in the immigration process:

Your NVC Case Number:

Your Invoice I.D. Number:

Your Beneficiary I.D. Number:

Keep this letter in a safe place.

You will need the identification numbers again during the immigration process.

The first stage of visa processing is to establish communication with the NVC by registering an agent

and your agent's contact information with the NVC. Your agent is a person you choose to receive

communications from the NVC on your behalf. You may act as your own agent, or you may choose your

petitioner, a family member, a friend, an attorney, an immigrant assistance professional, or any other

person you trust to represent you.

If you decide to register another person as your agent, the NVC strongly recommends choosing a person

with e-mail capability and a postal mailing address in the U.S.A. because postal mail delivery can be

unreliable in some parts of the world. If you act as your own agent the NVC recommends e-mail as the

quickest and most efficient form of communication.

Saylin, you are such a big blessing to everyone here who are new to the process and I felt so blessed to have joined this thread because of you, for sure everyone here feels the same way. I think you are comparable to a lawyer or perhaps better because you don't charge us with consultation fee. I hope you don't mind my saying, I'm willing to donate to this website because of you. You are such a gem to this immigration website. Thanks for providing relief after going through a lot of stress lately.

Sincerely,

The Petioner

Aww, you're so sweet luv.gif But that's why I'm still here: to help out others. I love seeing people fly through this process. Makes me all warm inside ^_^

I always say start calling NVC up the next business day after the package arrives at NVC. So, if the package were to arrive on Tuesday, start calling Wednesday. It'll surely not be completed by the next day, but hey, you can get lucky ;) And continue calling every single day if you want to be on top of things.

[...]

I believe the UK is like the global average where it's about 2 months from case complete date to interview date. So, I'm gonna guess your interview will be sometime in April.

It always depends how busy the embassy/consulate is though...

My 3032 just got accepted by email. Yipppeeeee! So...I initially sent the 3032 when I got the NVC number (Feb 4) and until today there has been no reply to that email. Yesterday, I decided to scan and send the 3032 with my husband's signature and today I got a reply to that email with an acceptance.

For those of you waiting on the 3032 acceptance and have access to a scanner it might be faster to scan it in and email it :)

Good luck to us all!
