Crossing my fingers for a DS3032 approval today... Got all the paperwork ready to send, so we're getting a bit antsy just sitting here and waiting for NVC to decide to approve and invoice the IV bill. <_< I wanna get this show on the road! :clock:

Oh, and happy V-day everybody!

Have you received your IV bill invoice yet? I'm pretty much waiting as well. We received DS3032 acceptance email on Feb 7th and it's been 4 days now yet we haven't gotten it yet.

Thanks a lot oohpartiv. This time I got it right. I've downloaded that before but didn't make it work last time. Thank you, this time I tried and made it work! It's pretty cool! Last time I accidentally side-downloaded Ask toolbar which was very annoying. :)

No problem! Glad to help.

Nope, we haven't even gotten our DS3032 acceptance yet! And then we'll have to wait another few days for IV bill invoice, so I'm really crossing my fingers to get it today or tomorrow. Monday is a holiday so I'd like to get this out of the way before the long weekend. Fingers crossed.

Although most cases are typically sent out the next day, it can still take up to a week or so. Plus, they were just hit with a blizzard over the weekend and were closed on Friday. I'm sure they've got an even bigger back log than usual. Patience ;)

call me crazy, but waiting for case complete is much harder than waiting for NOA2, or at least it seems that way right now....nerves are running highhhh

I agree! The NVC :bonk: Needs a tracking system like the USCIS for waiting. But, the USCIS tracking was delayed in updating for awhile.

Read and re-read AOS and IV forms, cannot find any errors now. I still need to check a few things with my husband, so we should be able to send everything by the end of next week!

If there is no RFE, is it plausible to get a case complete for mi-March?

And then mi-April for interview and visa?

I would be surprised if it took until mid-March to get a case complete! Assuming you're sending it out tomorrow, I would expect for you to get a case complete within a week or two... at most by the end of February! Or maybe that's just me hoping it won't take that long, since I'm hoping for a case complete before March, too. :P

That's very good news!

Unfortunately it's a busy time for us, so to be safe, I plan on sending it in 1 week, so that would make early March for case complete. That's still really good though!

My lease ends at the end of April and I'd love to be able to go to the US at that time. Fingers crossed!
