Hi All,

I'm new to this website I notice everyone gets helpful advice from people who are very knowledgeable about the process. I'm hoping someone can shed some light. My concern is, it's been 3 business days since my parents received the DS3032 acceptance email from NVC having me (their child) as their choice of agent but at this point I haven't gotten any invoice/bill for the IV yet. I noticed most people get their IV bill a day or two following the ds3032 acceptance email. Does anyone have the same issue as I have?

Keep trying! I'm currently on hold with the really quiet hold music and the REALLY LOUD HOLD ANNOUNCEMENTS.

I swear, I have it on speakerphone and I almost fall out of my chair every time it blasts at me "ALL OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE STILL BUSY..."

I've been getting a busy signal since 12:30pm. After calling every 10-15min, I just got through and spoke with a very rude rep who told me my package has not yet arrived and not to call back until next week.

Before I have the man send off our DS-3032 email..

I wanted to see if anyone knows if people are still getting it rejected needing it printed, signed, scanned and emailed.

Anyone got the regular email template accepted since that craziness?

My husband sent his choice of agent off jan 10 it has been accepted jan 22, but from what multiple operators are telling me it hasn't been reviewed neither put into the system after 14 days of waiting... I don't understand what is going on but i'm starting to be concern. What is my next step at getting this issue looked into ?

It's actually only been one business day since it was accepted. NVC closed last Friday due to the weather. I'm sure it will be invoiced early this week. Have you been keeping an eye on the payment portal?

Saylin, I know you aren't UKC but you seem to be fountain of all knowledge :D Do you know....once I get my case number from NVC can I go ahead and book a medical for anytime or do I need to wait for my case complete and interview date to be scheduled and then book a medical?

Yes, those in the UK are lucky to be able to have advance medicals done. As soon as you have the letter from NVC with the case number written on it, you can book a medical!

We got out case number!!!! :D

I'm a little confused. You said it was ACCEPTED on January 22, but then that it hasn't been REVIEWED yet. If they accepted it, it means they reviewed it....
