We just did call Uscis and they giving us 90days to be submmited to NVC and in 90 days it was not send thats the only time we can call. And the Tier 1 told to my husband they can do nothing to let us wait for 90 days

Demand to be transferred to a tier 2. Don't take that answer from a tier 1. You have to demand and also write a letter to your senator.

Hey, this may seem a really silly question...but when I'm filling out the DS-3032 (to scan and email) do I have to fill in an actual house address if we want everything to come via email? Or can I just leave the 'address' bit blank and fill in the email section?

Cat

P.s. Just called and we finally have a case number!!!!! :D

Also, I just signed on to the invoice page (just to see what it looks like) and under IV processing fees it has my name but with my maiden name?? (I've filled out all forms with my married name) Is that normal?

And can I now send my DS-3032?

Thanks!

Hi Saylin! I'm using safari 'cause i'm checking from iMac or my iPad. But I'm kind of relieve 'cause I'm on the same boat with sunflower123. maybe it's the same person handling our case.. i wish it will be invoiced this week... :crying::innocent:

I would suggest finding a Windows computer (or get Windows on your Mac) and try signing into the payment portal using IE.

Yes, you still need to fill out the address. And as long as they have both email addresses on file, they'll send all correspondence by email.

And grats! kicking.gif

I would call up NVC and see if they can fix your name. You'll probably have to email them a copy of your passport for them to change it.

And yes, you can send your DS-3032.

I did have my husband re email with supervisor review in the subject line. It was addressed within hours with an approval.

Awesome thanks! I assume it's my (beneficiary) name that goes on the DS-3032? And is it okay that I just put hubby's US address and don't put 'care of'. (I.e. IF they sent any mail it would be addressed to me at his house?

Also, what is the bar-code strip bit at the top of the DS-3032 form?

Yes. All forms that start with 'DS' are filled by the beneficiary. All forms that start with 'I' are filled by the petitioner.

Ignore the bar-coded part.

Thaaaank you! Ok last one I promise...on the I-864 cover the template says 'the immediate relative petition I-130 filed by me at <Service Center>.' Would I put NBC because that is where we were originally sent after filing. Or do I put Baltimore because that's where our case was sent and approved? Or am I wrong with both of those?

I didn't have that line in our cover letters, but if you want, just put both. So, something along the lines of: "... filed by me at NBC and approved in Baltimore..." Doesn't really matter what you put as they're going to skim over it anyways.
