I'm confused a little on this. I'm a US citizen filing the I-130 in the USA and my spouse lives in a foreign country. Do I need to complete the G-325s and mail them in with the I-130 and supporting documents ? If so do I need her to mail me a signed G-325a before I send the packet in ?

Thank you

Yes, and yes.

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

Hi. My wife lives overseas and we just received the letter confirming her interview. When we started the paperwork, we had to fill out the G-325's on both of us. The way we did it was, I pulled up the forms on the computer and she gave

me all her information while on the phone. That way I made sure all the information was correct. After we completed the forms, I overnight mailed her G-325 to her for her to sign. She then overnighted it back to me, and in turn I overnighted both to the NVC. There may be an easier way of doing it, but we did not have any questions holding us up either. It was worth the cost of overnighting to me. Small price to pay to get things on track. Hope this helps. Alex.

that's the best way, IMO. One less trip - email it out for her to sign, she expresses it back.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
