Glory be to GOD. Wife passed interview with flying colors. Picks up visa on Friday!

07/24/12(133): Oath Ceremony Scheduled

I-130 Petition

02/28/2012: I-130 Sent As LPR

03/04/2012: I-797 Rec'd Hard copy

10/04/2012: Upgrade from LPR to USC

10/08/2012: Hard copy of upgrade received in mail

11/26/2012: NOA2 E-mail (from Director of VSC; called actual VSC office line several times to inquire to speak to Associate Director).

11/27/2012: NVC received

11/30/2012: Case number/IIN

11/30/2012: DS-3032 sent

12/04/2012: AOS Bill PAID

Okay folks UPDATE! so I called back again (b/c I really didn't like that ladies attitude lol) and I got a very nice guy on the phone this time (sorry not sure if it was Gus lol I didn't ask his name)

I really hope that's true, because everytime I ask them whether or not a March interview date is possible they either tell me that they are done scheduling for it or that they can't predict it

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
Oath Ceremony: 2011-09-30

IR-5 for Mom Entire process took 5 months exactly
USCIS (22days)

NVC: (19 days)
Case entered and # assigned: 2011-11-18
NVC Case COMPLETED: 2011-12-07 ( 43 days from NOA 2 and 65 days from NOA 1)
Interview Date(Lagos): 2012-01- 23 Mom was late for interview
New Interview date: 2012-02-29 : VISA APPROVED

The interview was a few hours ago.....The visa was approved :) Thanks so much for everyone's help around here.

Brief bio: "apple" is US citizen in Boston, "ginger" is Indian citizen in Kolkata.

02/17/2012: Marriage

03/29/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

04/02/2012: NOA1 Priority Date

10/26/2012: NOA2 approved

12/12/2012: Case completed at NVC

01/30/2013: Interview date notification

03/19/2013: Interview (approved!!)
