If she made more then the minimum reporting amount, then she MUST file her tax returns. No tax returns = no green card. She cannot send in a statement that she don't want to file or was not required

That's what I said, VWP, visa waiver program...

But you keep posting in the wrong forum, you are not under K-1

And why don't you use your lawyer for all this? You have been asking the same questions several times now. ..

My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

well my wife had a health issue so i spent lots of money there and now i cannot afford a lawyer.

these are my last questions. after those 8 blanks,i am sending the papers.

i ll post the same questions in another topic.

Your wife must fill out the affidavit of support, she can state why she doesn't have to file taxes, if her reason is valid she should be fine. But her papers and all the paper work from your co-sponsor must be sent in.

How have you managed to remain in the US for over a year on the VWP? Is that even legal?
