Civil Documents and Ds-230

Hello Everybody! I have a few questions and I hope you guys can help me out. I will be sending my mom's civil documents and ds-230 forms in the NVC. Please tell me if I am missing some documents. Here are my documents that I will be sending.

*DS-230 (Mom)

*Birth certificate (Mom and I)

*My marriage license

*My mom's marriage license

*Passport photos of my mom

*Photocopy of her passport

*NBI clearance

*Barcode cover sheet

Marriage license?

It should be marriage certificate. NSO copies of your birth certificates and marriage certificates (if you were married in the Philippines).
