Affidavit of support question

I'm trying to file out the form for my fiancée and I'm having difficulites figuring out what is acceptable for bank statements because I've had my account for over 4 years now and the online statements want to print out all transactions as well, what are some ideas people have done to consolidate these bank statements. For instance if I used excel and just manually created a page of my monthly deposits for the whole year would that be acceptable? Thanks In advance

one each quarter thats 4 each year.

I'm not sure what you mean by that could you please elaborate on it, also does the poverty line show a yearly income or a half a year earning a person can make for the sponsorship
