I-130 form move it to Rio

Hello everyone, my story is very complicared pehabe you guys can give to me some councel.

here is the thing I got entry in U.S Illegaly and passed 4 years my wife became U.S Citizen and the some year my son was born in U.S

after 4 years we decided to apply to I-130 form in U.S passed the whole process I was denied because I couldn't prove my illegal entrace with setup visa.

my son is disable child with severe problem such as (TOF, Autism), I decided to return to my country and start a new process.

my lawyer told me the USCIS in Bosotn sent back my package to Rio de Janeiro Embassy and now we applied to I-824 to bring back my stuff to U.S and the process running in U.S and then to apply for ds-230 form to get my interview in Rio. So my question is HAVE YOU GUYS KNOWN THE CAUSE PROCESS IN SAME SITUATION? please help find out I very concern with my kid and now we try to send expedite criteria letter to USCIS.
