Ok, as we prepare for our AOS interview next month, I read the list of "You must bring the following items with you". I see "A completed Affidavit of Support with all required evidence . . . (unless already submitted)". I was able to use form I-864EZ which only requires 2005 ITR w/ W2. They should have everything we submitted to them (as required) so do I really need to bring 2004 and 2003 ITRs? Also, as the U.S.C., do I need to bring my B.C. and passport to prove evidence of U.S. Citizenship?

It is not to hard to bring copies of everything that you have sent and received from the very beginning of the process, I would.

I would hate to be at the interview and the officer looks through their case file, find something missing and ask for something that I assumed they would have, only to find that I left it home.

It is best to have too much than too little, when going to the interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Yes... just what Yu and Dan said... we had our AOS interviews yesterday and they did not have a copy of my divorce certificate although I am positive I submitted it with both the I-129F and the I-485. I had another certified copy with me and we moved right on to the next hurdle...

If one follows the instructions here at VJ, one should have a complete copy of each package submitted, even if you don't have new certified copies of things. It isn't that hard to lug it along...

Best wishes!

Maya

Many thanks to the Visajourney community for all the help!

Exactly as the letter states YOU MUST BRING!, It could not be any clearer than That

Yes If you have ITR past 3 years Bring them, It is better to have them and not need themn rather than not have them if asked to produce them.

YES you need to bring it.

You had to submit your BC/ & Passport / State ID with your package . They will ask for your passport at the interview to verify USC & Spouse are who they present themselves to be. USC should Have BC handy just in case they ask for it, BC could have been misplaced or filed somewhere that the USCIS IO does not have it, Again it is better to bring EVERYTHING asked for on the Interview notice letter. If you aren't asked to present it then no worries at least you have it. The last thing you want is AN RFE or further delay in the processing of your case.

Good Luck
