We're between NOA1 and NOA2 and are expecting to get to the next step around April or May if all goes well. However I have yet to file my 2012 taxes and may not until nearly April 15th. I also file electronically so there's no traditional "signed copy" so I will need a transcript from the IRS. The question is can I submit the 2009 to 2011 transcripts with my I-864 Affidavit of Support or do I need 2010 to 2012? If the 2012 return is needed then I'll need to file sooner rather than later so I can be sure of getting a 2012 transcript by April.

The 2012 return technically isn't required until AFTER April 15, however you will sometimes be RFE'd for a 2012 return the closer it gets to April 15.
