like what everyone said, wait for the visa before you get her a ticket. about the number, you can call USEM and correct it. but in my case, I followed up USEM every time about my case status. So by the time I knew my visa was printed, I called 2go and by then my visa was ready for pick up. I did not get any text at all. Congratulations!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

thanks everyone!! going to try to wait till she has visa in hand to buy her ticket, but it's hard lol, want NOW =)

the reasons for wanting to come back early is part she is excited and wants to and that would give us a week while i am still on vacation from work to be with her as she adjusts to life here and we can spend some time together and show her around her new home.

How about enjoying each other in her home country, have a wonderful vacation and then go back to the US as planned? It'll most likely be a while before both of you can visit again. Take advantage of that, go to places your fiancee enjoyes and take a few pictures with both of you there. Home sickness can hit hard after a while in the US. Best of all - ask what your fiancee wants, or if she wishes to stay until the original departure date.

My fiancee interviewed on 1-28-2013 in Manila and she passed the interview !! she should have her visa in hand in 5-10 days they told her.

before we knew about the interview I had bought tickets to fly there on February 25, and stay till 3/19. now that she is approved and should have her visa in hand in a few days, i would like to shorten the length of my stay and buy her ticket to return with me on 3/07.

should i go ahead and buy her ticket?? or wait until she has her visa in hand before making any changes? what's the chances of something going wrong? wait or buy now?

also she just noticed that i entered her phone number wrong on her DS form that she filed with the Embassy during her interview,,oopppsss! is there anything we should and can do about the wrong phone number? could it be a problem?

Congratulations! Check the status of the visa first if there is no problem then pursue your plan.
