Hi All,

I think that we are finally ready to apply for AOS. The following is taken from our cover letter. Will someone assure that we didn't miss anything? And while we're at it, is it necessary to include copies of the I-94 for each form, I485, 131, and 765? Thanks!

-Payment in the amounts of $395.00 for I-485, $180.00 for I-765, $170.00 for I-131

- I-485 (Adjustment of Status Form), I-765 (EAD Form), I-131 (Travel Document Form)

-G325A and Passport Style Photos supporting I-485 Form

-I-864 supporting I-485 Form, including the following proofs:

• Copies of tax returns and W2s for the tax years of 2005, 2004 and 2003

• Verification of employment letter from U.S. Citizen Spouse’s full-time employer

• Pay stubs from past six months, from U.S. Citizen Spouse’s full-time and part-time employers

-Copy of U.S. Citizen Spouse’s passport

-Copy of Non-U.S. Citizen Spouse’s K1 visa

-Passport copy and I-94 copies, front and back, for Non-U.S. Citizen Spouse supporting I-485 Form

-Copy of Non-U.S. Citizen Spouse’s birth certificate and English translation

-Certified Marriage Certificate supporting I-485

-Sealed Vaccination Supplement (I-693A) supporting I-485 Form

-Copy of NOA2 “Approval” for I-129F

-Passport Style photos supporting I-765

- I-94 copies, front and back, supporting I-765

-Passport Style photos supporting I-131

i would include a copy of your I-94 for each application..treat each application as seperate..list them as seperate also on your cover sheet..

it looks pretty good ...there is another affidavit of support form you can fill out too where you only need to send in 1 year tax receipt its the

You may also need proof to certify the translator is fluent in both languages if not done on the form itself.

Also, someone correct if I'm wrong, you need 6 photos. I-485=2, I-765=2, I-131=2

I also think you need 6 photos ... I know you need 2 for I-485 and 2 for I-765 ... We never applied for the I-131 but I was pretty sure you had to include photos for it too ...

Yeah, I just re-read Sarah's post and down on the third item she lists G325A w/ photos. So, looks like she got everything.

I read something about this in the guides and I don't quite understand what it's for. Could someone please clarify what I'm supposed to do seeing as I had my medical for my K-1 in July of 2006 and I have my vaccination record as well.
