Yes you can petition the kids, but there will be many questions asked, as she was supposed to declare the kids even if she did not intend for them to come with her then/ ever. It is possible that the embassy will require a DNA test to prove she is the mom.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Mom should file i-130 for the kids now, while they are still below 21 years old. They will be there in no time.

When the kids turn 21 (or older), it will take a long time before they can immigrate.

Thank you for your reply. I wonder what the worst thing would happened? Will they go after my wife for not telling everything?

She will be given a hard time. But lying about having kids on the visa forms is not material missrepresentation (fraud), as her having kids or not would not have affected the issuance of the visa. So I doubt there will be an issue there. You mention she recently became a US citizen- did she declare her kids during that process?
