Yes this can be normal, local offices do not always have appointments available or they only have them available on specific days of the week. Keep trying!

If its said no available appointments for over a month thats not usually normal.

I only have a month left.

I filed my request of evidence over a 45 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. I'm starting to freak out a little!

They often don't send a response as to if they got your RFE response. Would be super nice of them if they did tho thats for sure!

hmm have you tried calling uscis to see if they can confirm over the phone that it has been received? It doesn't always work but sometimes they will tell you. Worth a shot maybe.

Yes I called! They said I have to wait 60 days! I already had my interview! I got an rfe at the interview and we responded right away?

How long would it take to get a green card if she just never updated it?

She said I would be approved if I send everything!

I don't know what to do

You can gatecrash the office without an appointment and try to persuade someone to talk to you. You can also ask your congressperson or senator to help.
