HI All,

I had 5 years b1 , b2 visa I WENT 2 TIMES TO THE STATES FOR a visit the third time i was stopped by the Immigration officer and I was sent back home to Jordan I didnt enter and They said that the reason of my deportation is that I stayed for about 6 months but i didnt exceed the six month. I was told that my visa is Canceled and I was told that i cant Reenter the states for 5 years. My question is what can i do to reenter the states again before five years?

Thanks

There must be more to this. 5 year ban results usually ONLY from 180 days OVESTAY of the visa. Have you over-stayed? If they caught you in any fraud it would life time ban. 5 years specifically only from 180 days OVESTAY. Have you?

if you can prove you didn't over stay there would be no waiver needed, you need to make an appointment at the embassy to discuss the ban with proof that you did in fact, not overstay.. But, visas are not revoked and a 5 year ban given randomly for no reason. You must have overstayed.

Was anything written in your passport? Did you sign any papers and if so what?

If you did not overstay, just use the 6 months given and came back too soon, usually they would just send you home and tell you to try again a few months later, not revoke your visa and tell you you have a ban. It sounds like you either did overstay (maybe you were given less than 6 months?), or they thought you were working illegally or something.

Usually suspicion of illegal work would result in turning him away.. (I had this problem in Canada with my US passport because I traveled too much on business for business meetings to Canada in a short period of time). The only thing that may trigger such specific ban (5 years) is overstay between 6 months and 1 year..

apparently, CBP thinks you've overstayed.

You're not writing of an overstay.

Please review your passport, give us exact dates of all entries and exits in the USA.

Thanks !
