Hi All,

I need your kind advice for my AOS status and below is the detail history

I entered in US on K1 visa and married with my Finance mid of June,2012 and submitted the documents for AOS in NY. I did my finger prints and got SSN & EAD already. A two month later i got a letter from USCIS is my case transferred to CSC for fast process.

Till then almost over & 7 MONTHS and i did not hear any new from USICS

Can you have idea how much time its take now a days for AOS i485

If your case was transferred to CSC you won't be having an interview and expect your greencard in the mail.. Not sure when you will get your greencard but I've read some cases same as yours got there greencard 9months after they filed.. Hang in there, you will hear some good news soon.. Goodluck!

NOA1 : 11-07-2012

Approved Date : 01-11-2013

Card Production : 01-17-2013

EAD/AP received : 01-19-2013
