I am in the process of getting my documents together to file i-130 along with k3 visa for my husband.

I have a question in regards to the income requirements for the k3 visa. I meet the income requirements for the i-130. However, for the k3 visa income requirements I fall short about $1500, when going of my W2 i just received for 2012. However, I did not work a full year at my job, I started in April. If I would of worked a full year I would of made min. Income requirement. I did get a letter from my employer which includes my starting date and expected yearly income. Will this suffice, or will I still need a sponsor for the k3 portion?
