No, it's not. Naturally a 7 min clip covering events and reports that span more than an uninterrupted 7 min time span is edited. And it's edited by an organization that has an agenda. Thus, it is selectively edited. So the "fix" does not require watching the clip. Besides, the NRA has - at least over the last few decades - not published anything but paranoid propaganda. Why would this clip be any different? In fact, just looking at the narrative tells me that it is propaganda.
