I may just guess that your name is unique and you have been married for more than a year.

Does it took less time to make background check as well as you filed from abroad !

The more I look at it I should have married my fiancee when i was in the philippines but due to an absent ex wife i had to wait to get my divorce until i got back I see i130 s being approved in no time while I129f petitions just sit and uscis tier 1 and tier 2 are the most unhelpful uninformed people on the planet all they can say is wait wait wait. I got a text and email saying that your alien registration number was changed regarding your I129f no one not even tier 2 was willing to tell me anything at all except that the process is 5 to 9 months but i can call back in two weeks to check on it, why in the heck would i call back in 2 weeks if she said it was going to take 5 to 9 months also get this i told him about some of the i130 approval times he flat told me there was no way they were approved that quick...who should i believe?
