We are ready to file I-751. Was wondering if we have enough evidence.

1. Bank account (last 3 statements)

2. Utilities bills (water, cable, electricity, cable, cell phones for the last 3 months under both names)

3. Car insurance cars and declaration page (under both names)

4. house lease (like 3 leases)

5. Green card copy

6. Copies of credit cards (about 5 credit cards)

7. taxes 2010, 2011 and 2012

8. copies of driver licenses ( old address and current address)

9. affidavits ( from 3 different poeple)

10. about 30 photos from holidays, vacations

11. plane tickets from trips to California, Orlando, Miami, Cancun,

12. Bills from furniture we bought for our home.

13. Cars lease agreements or contracts

can anyone advice us if that would be enough evidence. thanks in advanced.

As stated, the last three months only, may throw a red flag up and they may send you RFE, furniture bought, unless its in both your names and or shows an address where it was going assuming it was being delivered, I doubt ould be used in the I751 process.

If you have downloaded the I-751, it does actually stipulate what they want, but if you are like me you could throw other relevant stuff at them.

Span your evidence over the period from your arrival in the U.S, do not restrict it to a certain group of months, begining or last months....Rule of thumb is that you have to prove comingle of finances, bills, mortgages, leases or rent payments.

The first thing we did was to convert to joint ban accounts, joint names on bills where we could, some will not put more than one name on and sure USCIS will know this not always can be done.

Hope this helps
