My fiancee told me she was asked about "our letter" at St Lukes. She showed them our NOA2 approval that I scanned her as her packet has never arrived at her place prior to her leaving for her medical Sunday. She was asked again her second day of which she gave our NOA2 again. They said okay and accepted it. She now has her CD, her immunization records and passport stamped from St Lukes.

My question is will she need anything else for her interview besides the documents listed in the Flow Chart here that she has filled out, her NOA2 approval that has our MNL# on it and of course all of my items I sent?? Anything else special she needs?

Cnan someone please explain the St Lukes document they were looking for?

Thanks

You will need your appointment letter and if you paid by BPI the receipt. They were looking for the appointment letter that the embassy sent, but if you did not get it and she got what she needed no problem.....

They usually ask for the NVC letter. That's the one with the MNL#. And of course, the appointment letter when you scheduled the interview at the embassy. They need to know the date of your fiancee's interview so they can send the medical results to the embassy before that date. Good luck! :)
