Supreme Court hears Abortion Case

Yesterday the Supreme Court heard arguments on the partial birth abortion ban by Congress. What is interesting to me is how the new Court (with Alito and Roberts) will respond to this.Several lower level courts have ruled the law is unconstitutional and the SC, by taking this case, is set to overturn these lower courts or uphold their ruling. Last similar case was a 5-4 decision, but O'Connor being the swing vote. Justice Kennedy is seen as the swing vote this time round.

A decision isn't expected until near the end of the term next year.
