I agree with Jenn! But I don't have to work my first job on Saturday, instead I am working my second job. Booooooooo! They didn't understand when I told them I can't work Saturday mornings due to my first job. Idiots. But anyway, I get a floating holiday out of it. I think I am going to take it next week to go to a meeting at the school I will be attending. It has been decided. I am not going to be starting school until the summer due to the AOS process. If we get his GC in the middle of the semester, I will most likely miss a whole month of classes because we are going to go to Morocco within two weeks after he gets it. So School will have to wait until summer.

Well Today I am working both jobs. Tons of fun. The good thing is that it's not raining so far today, the bad thing is that I have to be stuck inside on such a beautiful day! Well I have a few phone calls I have to make this morning. Hope you all are having a good day.

Nice weather here.... low 71 high 88.

We celebrated my birthday and also we had tickets to the game last night... little thing called SPURS VS. PHOENIX :dance:

It was a pretty good game.... and you just gotta give props to the fans in this town -- that arena was LOUD !

Final: 111-106 in OT :dance::dance::dance:

I was gonna say the same thing! but I'll 3rd that instead! Busy busy week for me... get to break in my new costume w/ a bang!!! Gotta work all day today, dance in NOLA tonite, work all day tomorrow, dance in BR tomorrow nite, teach a private group class on Saturday for a party of women, rest Sunday, do a dance presentation on Egyptian dance for a local University Monday, then teach 2 new classes Monday nite! :wacko: Fortunately, I love what I do! :yes::luv:

Noura...I took a belly dancing class a few months back and had a lot of fun! I even got myself a hip scarf. I love it..it makes the cutest noise :)

want more hip scarves??? LOL, I brought a bunch back from Egypt last time as a text msg from Noura gave me the bright idea right before I went off to the Khan el Khallili, hehe! Those suckers must have weighed 50lbs and on top of the extra suitcase of other Bellydance gear that a friend asked me to bring back from her sister in Cairo . . . I was over-weight and over-bagged, so I paid big time to leave that airport!

I have managed to spread the wealth of hip scarves around town, but I still have a few to spare since I haven't been so diligent about acquiring students. No studio like Noura.

I did managed to sell one on Sunday to a new student . . . one of the really nice ones made with rather transparent iridescent fabric and beaded around the edges . . . too nice to wear to class, IMO, but looks great for evening wear. some of those I have sold to non-BDancing friends.

pardon my french but this day...no this week has sucked azzzz!!!!!

Had to work from home yesterday after a meeting while the oil guy and electric guy fixed stuff in my house and then I get to work today to find out that I forgot my laptop..which is my only computer. Went to an appt at 10am and the guy never showed up so now I'm all the way back home working from my dining room again. Thank the good lord above that tomorrow is a Holiday and I have a three day weekend. I have gone almost three weeks now with no break with the kids since my ex is in Aruba and I have another week to go. I love them but between work and the fact that my house looks like hurricaine Katrina hit it I'm ready to have a nervous breakdown.

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.
