Thanks guys, all of you is very helpful!

The thing is bothering me is WHAT DO THE USCIS THINKING.

Well, I don't think anyone here would be able to know or tell what USCIS is 'thinking' unless you get a competent immigration attorney to handle your case.

After your attorney files papers, then and only then will anyone including you know what USCIS is thinking through it's formal decision on your case.

Please follow the advice in the earlier posts and get a good attorney. Best of luck!
