I am currently compiling I751 package. When previously I did AOS, instructions had 2 addresses: one PO BOX for USPS and another physical address for FedEx. I obviously prefer using FedEx as I can track it/more confident in it. I751 instructions, on the other hand, have ONLY PO BOX address, which means I cannot use FedEx as FedEx does not deliver to PO Box. Am I missing something? Is there anyway to send I751 package by FedEx? If not, what USPS service do you use to make sure it arrives safely?

I live in San Diego and just sent mine to the california office using USPS - posted on saturday, arrived this morning. If you are concerned then just use 'certified mail'. It costs about $8. You can even use the self-service kiosk at your local USPS outside normal hours, that is what i did.

Myafi1985, thank you. Actually, I am in California Cervice Center. If I substitute physical address, will it work? They do list physical address in AOS but don't in ROC. Maybe this PO box is set only for ROC and nothing else works?

to be honest with , I checked some of their mailing addresses, and I found they have different pobox's, so I am thinking the best thing to do is to send the package visa uspc- Express, it is delivered to the pobox and it reaches their the next day. It seems that California center only likes the pobox. lol

I guess so.. Thank you! I just never sent any important documents via USPS and don't feel very comfortable :) I think this is the best route though as it may end-up in wrong department...

I found FedEx is the best. The first time I used certified mail with usps, the mail got lost what a joke. But, the express mail is the best for the important document via usps. you can use their envlope and you will pay only 18 something dollars. So I think you can sent it and the second day you check, and most likely you will be on the safe side.
