By the way, when his time for the interview comes around, they will have him go to the US embassy in San Jose to pick up his packet and that will contain directions on how to proceed. Just a heads up though, he will have to get official translations of all the documents done at that time by one of the translators on the list that he is given. He will then have to get the documents certified by Casa Amarilla that they are authentic. That is the only point you will need to have someone else do the translations for you.
