Hi everyone we are getting to send in my wife's I-751 form and supporting documents and i'm debating about doing the affidavit's from friends and family. In the cover letter I told about us buying a house and that I wasn't able to include my wife's name on the contract or forms because the loan company said she didn't have much of a credit history. But I have other documents about the house that has both our names on it. Which are listed below.

Our child born here in america

When our daughter was born the hospital put the wrong address of residence on our daughters birth certificae. The kansas vital statistics advised us not to correct the address cause they would have to put amended on the birth certificate. Said it would cause problems for our daughter cause she would have to show proof of why the birth certificate was amended each time she had to use her birth certificate.

*Copy of our Daughters birth certificate that was born here in the states

*Copy of email letter from the Kansas vital statistics head supervisor advising us not correct our daughters birth certificate.

I do have an affidavit from my dad cause I was living with my parents at the time when my wife came over cause my dad was needing help with my mom who was batteling stage 4 liver, bone, and pancreatic cancer. When my mom passed away in October of 2011 that's when we got our own home in November. His letter tells about what he observed of us those 6 months we was living with him and about us having him become god parent to our daughter.

Please let me know what you all think if I have strong enough evidence with out having to use the affidavits

it looks like an extensive list and it should be enough. Add some picture of the 2 of you together on vacation and/or attending functions with other people

Make sure that the greeting cards are addressed to the both of you and came through the mail. Keep in mind that this time around the burden is on the USCIS.

Best of luck
