I got married with USC in January 2010 then we applied for my green card, I got my green card in June 2010. After I got my green card we moved to another state, everything was fine for a while then our problem started, she didn't wanted to continue this marriage Then I figured out  that she is talking with someone from her hometown. Then she got pregnant from this guy I decided to get divorce our divorce finalized based on adultery in January 2012 then I applied I-751 waiver (good faith marriage ) in may 2012 . My application is still on process.  Do most i-751 waiver cases get interviews? Did I gather enough evidence for my i-751 waiver case ?

I submitted those documents it stated from January 2010 to February 2011 (when she moved out )

*Apartment leases on both names in two different states

*We had a car under both names

*Lots of photos with friends including her mom

*We went to my country together and we had a small wedding over there.pictures with my family

*Under both names car insurance, power bills, cell phone with family plans, rental insurance

*Joint checking and saving account

*She was authorized user on my credit card

Three affidavits also affidavits from her it state marriage wasn't for immigration purpose

Driving license showing her name change and her martial residential address

Our passports and travel tickets to my home country

We didn't file the taxes together we were already separated by that time

I think it's become customary for people who file the i-751 with a waiver to end up having an interview, it looks like you have a good bit of evidence. For me it took around a year and a half from start to finish including the interview and card production, since you guys were married for just around two years I would be prepared for the possibility of an interview. I think you should also be prepared for them to ask for specific details about the marriage and why you guys split up, they could be very general questions or very specific depending on the IO you get. Good Luck!

Why does your icon say you filed for naturalization?

Not all divorce waiver 751s get interviews. Some do, some dont.

What does this mean "I submitted those documents it stated from January 2010 to February 2011 (when she moved out )" Are you talking about the examples listed on the instructions?

Did you include your tax returns? you shouldve filed a tax return for 2010. Theyre going to want to see it. If it was married jointly or married sep it doesnt matter, theyre going to want to see it. Same for 2011. You were still married then.

You also didnt mention if you included your divorce decree in your evidence (I hope you did) If you didnt, youll get an RFE for it.
