I jus want to know if anyone here under f4 category already availed the new law regarding children who did not qualify under cspa and already filed a new petition retaining the old priorty date?

If you (the parent) are under the F4 category and your derivative son/daughter aged-out, then you will have to file a NEW F2B petition for your son/daughter.

A new priority date will be assigned to them and total waiting time for F2B Philippines is 10-11 YEARS. Your son/daughter should maintain their UNMARRIED/SINGLE status for the whole duration of the F2B process.

any idea for derivatives living in Pakistan.. like how much time in waiting??
