just got email answered from nvc that they had forwarded our case to US consulate in HCMC on nov 2,yeahhhhhhhh

Huan i think our process might be in the same boat,i emailed NVC before we got our new case number in the snail mail then we got their email back yesterday said that they had forwarded our case to the US consulate in HCMC,i think i will contact the embassy next week and see if they got our paper,God just dont know when is the interview will be

I'm heading over there for new year and dam hoi. Hopefully everything almost done by then with a lot of hope and prayer. I'm gonna try to get her sister, who lived in HCMC, to get package 3 for her.

i saw those other timeline here and it took about over a month to recieve their packet 3,i just know my case left NVC on nov 2.not sure where is it right now

I see you picked up your packet 3 at US Embassy on 30/11/2006. I am wondering what are the documents included in this packet. I was told that the US Embassy will mail this out - you cannot pick it up. I am just wondering how you were able to go there in person and get your packet 3.

You know, Hope, NVS sent my documents to HCM on November 2nd too, and I got my packet 3 on November 14th...Ide look into it for sure if I were you. I wish they had some sense of order at these consulates, something to go by, ya know?

Congrats!!!! Don't be alarmed if the consulate doesn't verify that they received it after 2 weeks. It will be there, but hasn't been entered into their system. keep building evidence and your relationship!!!!

Actually i called the consulate and asked if you got our case,there was a real nice lady who answered the phone and told me that they sent our packet on Nov 9 but i still havent got it yet,so she told me go to the consulate and get it and now we're waiting for packet 4 aslo the interview day hopefully will be schedule soon after their long holyday for christmas and new year

Seems to me that they have a short X-Mas and New Year...pretty much the same as here in the states. Check this out.
