I think I sort of the know the answer, but I wanted to double check.

The house we intend to live in is vacant and owned by my dad's estate which is in probate of which I am the sole beneficiary.

However, I current live in Denmark and the US address on my intent to re-establish domicile and my mailing address is a town about 2 hours away from the house we are using for question 22.

Should we just put me as a person living in the house, even though it is vacant? I assume it doesn't need to be my primary legal residence?

I would put the address down where you plan on living, if that is the vacant house, then put that
