packet 3.5 email from islamabad embassy, When?!

So apparently when I check on the DOS's website it says the NVC recieved my case on the 14th and then forwarded it on the 18th. Since then I've been waiting for this email instruction packet 3.5 from them. It's already the 18th. Should I email the embassy? Or does it usually take this long to recieve it? Any suggestions from experience? Please share!

In my case it took about 1 month after my case arrived in US embassy islamabad pakistan they sent me email be patient if ur case ks forwerded by NVC its means they are bounded to issue u visa withing 4 month of time if u were found eligbel... Other wise they have right to extend as much they like . Totaly depnd on ur luck and documents they provided.... You should keep your documents redy as i did and submitte day after i recive my email .... Print all the applications and ur police certificate..... For good as i did attest all of ur doc like police certificate ,birth certificate family registration form by Nadra all pakistani gov issued doc attest from forign affair before submission it will safe alot of ir time from processing kther wise if embassy want to conform any doc they send it to forign affair for attestation but if u done it befor it will safe alot of jr time.... And best of luck for ur future i u need any help ask ur question here.... I was intervied on 9 jan 2013 and my visa was approved in first time.....

I m telling u all info from pakistan i m also in pakistan and i dis all these things in pakistan as well..... He should attesed his doc like police certificte , birth certificate , family registration issued by Nadra cost 1000 for new.... And if he change his adress from the age of he turn to 16 ..... All placese where he live after the age of 16 thats police charter certifictes... And attest all thos doccuments from forign affair office near your home... Forign affair office located in Islamabad, lahore , karachi , peshawar and quetta ad my knowled find your nearest one and it took just 2-4 hours to attest all documents and cost u maximum 40-50 pak rupees..
