As part of our effort to establish domicile my wife and I will need to have a rental agreement with my stepson to present as part of our package.

I haven't rented (nor has my wife) in thirty years. Does someone have a template they could send me or be willing to share? Particularly one that has seen the test of being family oriented and for Montreal eyes?

It would be greatly appreciated.

No worries! I'm bored as heck sitting at the apartment while my husband works his 10 hour shift. We had lunch but alas.... I'm back alone. LOL
