I am a US Citizen married to an immigrant. We live together and she is doing an AOS.

I do not meet the poverty line. My mother will be a joint sponsor and she does not live with us.

Just to confirm do we send in two I-864? One by me and one by my other?

Combine it with whom? The USC petitioner/sponsor fills out the I-864, provides most recent tax transcript and employment/income documentation. The joint sponsor fills out their own separate I-864, provides their most recent tax transcript, employment/income documentation, and proof of being a USC or LPR. The joint sponsor must have enough income and/or assets to meet the 125% requirement for their own household size plus the intending immigrant.

You don't count income twice- so if your question is if you count the joint sponsor's income on your form, or the joint sponsor counts your income on her form then : NO.

Yes; the US citizen spouse is always the primary sponsor, even if their income is 0.
