AOS and DS-230 Questions

I have some specific questions about the I-864 and DS-230:

AOS:

I have an old A# for my husband that we got when we applied for a K1 visa like 8 years ago, should I list that on the AOS? I got a notification from USCIS that the A# was changed on my case right before I got approval. Does anyone know if A#'s change with each filing or if they stay the same? Thanks!

DS-230:

#30 asks for all the places the immigrant has lived after the age of 16 but it only provides places for city/town, province, country and the dates. Am I correct in understanding that this means they don't want the actual street address?

#33 asks for educational institutions - I only listed his university and the high schools he attended (he transferred in the middle), do I also have to include middle and elementary schools? Keep in mind he is from a MENA country...

#44 asks if he received assistance in preparing the form, I basically prepared the form and then sat him down and picked his brain for the information that I didn't know, should I put that yes he received assistance and then put my name? Or is this question more for those using lawyers and/or a third party?

Thanks!

AOS - Sorry, can't help on that on.

DS230

#30 - Yes

#33 - There has been much debate about this and I have heard people using only high school and above and others giving all educational information. In our case we put everything because it was easy enough to provide the extra information just in case.

#44 - more for lawyers and third parties. I would answer no.

On #33 I have no idea why anyone would think that the US government would care where you went to kindergarten or grade 5. ;) High school and up should be more than fine unless you didn't attend those at all.

Thank god I don't need to do that.

I went to (5) high schools.

They would start getting bored with my info.

I went to two but If I put one down it will only be the one I graduated from. I do have a post-secondary education too (that I don't use but that's besides the point...LOL)

I don't know about the AOS... Ktb was right about #30... they don't want a specific address, just town and province(state)... the last question I would say no to as well. I believe that is just for lawyers and the like. You can help fill it out, after all you're the beneficiary. :) It kinda affects you.
