Question #10 on the I-134 ask about previous Visa petetions....I petitioned for my mother and father

back in 1995 (they are living here now).....do I include them in the answer to that question?

Also item #11 ask about do i intend or not intend to make specific contributions to my fiance'ssupport...

of course I intend to support her when she is here but how do i respond to that question?

BTW...why I am not able to fill out the I-134 form online....I have no problem with the others except this one.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Question 10 in your case is yes, and 11 is a tricky one, remember this form is used for other types of visas also, and the question is geared for temporary visitors, like students, or other visitors. The answer is "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )" since you are not sponsoring a Temporary visitor but a permanent fiance.

So my mother and father should be listed as previous visa petitions?

Do you know why i am not able to fill out the I-134 online? Maybe I am doing something wrong?

For some reason some one locked that PDF form there at USCIS before posting to their server. Use this one. http://www.visapro.com/US-INS-Forms/Form-I-134-INS.asp

And yes if you sponsored previous visas you should probably note themnote them.

WOW....so grateful for the help. Just wondering if on Question#10 where it asked about previous Visa

petitions; seeing that i petitioned for my mother and father if I could list then on the same line(same last names eg Harry and Velma Stone.........1996) Can I do that or just attach a supplemental sheet? Thanks again for the gracious help.

jamrok,

Question #10 on the I-134 ask about previous Visa petetions....I petitioned for my mother and father

back in 1995 (they are living here now).....do I include them in the answer to that question?

You say that you've filed visa petitions previously. The question asks if you've filed petitions previously. So why in the world would you not include the previous petitions when answering the question?
Also item #11 ask about do i intend or not intend to make specific contributions to my fiance'ssupport...

of course I intend to support her when she is here but how do i respond to that question?

With the same answer that you just posted here to VJ?
BTW...why I am not able to fill out the I-134 form online....I have no problem with the others except this one.
Maybe because the form that you're trying to work with was not created as a fillable form?
