owww yes i do,, its on monday :>,,, i will definitely ask them about my signature, thank you :>

ill post here on monday what happen to the interview.. and in the signature

Again, it's not the signature that matters here. It's whatever you wrote as your name where it asked you to write out your name (not sign). Like someone said previously, you could have signed with an X and it wouldn't have made a difference.

What did you write on the forms where it asked you for your name? Did you write your married or single name? Not where you signed at the bottom, I mean what did you write at the top of the form?

On your appointment letter, is it addressed to your married name or your maiden name?

No-one is ever going to compare your signature to your greencard anyway. You will probably only ever show it to about five people in the whole two years. Just use your new signature on your state ID when you get it and the next time you do biometrics.

The person at SSA told you wrong.

^^^ Agreed.

The Wells Fargo banker was wrong too. I opened a joint account at Wells Fargo with Chinook before she even arrived in the U.S. After we were married, and before Chinook filed for AOS, she opened an account at Wells Fargo in her married name.

BTW when you get married and you are taking your husband's name, that is your legal name from the day you get married, and you should use it from now on.

^^^ Agreed.
