seems she just has two hear card and we have only been married 13 months. Tried to cancel i864 USCIS office said I could not do this. She and I head to mediation in 2 or thread weeks, she want some spousal support to "get on her feet" as her lawyer says, she assaulted me file is DA office for her to be prosecuted for domestic violence. I think I owe her nothing but to try to get her #### kicked out of here. If she is arrested for this there is no way she will get green card I think.

so she has a 2 year card already.

if she wanted to get a 10 year card, she can get that, after divorcing from you - no need to pursue vawa stuff on her part.

I can understand your focus, though, to get her 'off of your books' entirely.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

So you were married for over a year? I very much doubt her marrying you was immigration fraud. Why would you now want to try and stop her getting a 10 year green card? I think your just being vindictive. Is she from the UK? I have never heard of anyone from the UK.(I guess it might happen, but can't recall any cases) using someone to get a green card. I guess she has realised that you are not for her and moved on. I suggest you do the same.

No Phil not from United Kingdom and if you saw the proof I have, you would see things differently. Yes married over a year and once again will not discuss proof in a open forum, under the advice of two attorneys because of things going on with her. She is trying to destroy my life and think. Please full do not make assumptions like this. Thanks , however, I than you for your comments.

She is not from UK but thanks for your thoughts. Have great day.

Wherever she maybe from, I think you just leave her alone, protect your yourself and assets, get divorce and try moving on. Let her handle the immigration stuff. She has the right to leave peacefully after all. Please try not to be bitter about what happened. Marriage is not an easy journey. It needs working out always. Being vindictive is not good. Hope you allow God to take in control of everything. God knows what happened. I'm sure someday she would face her consequences, if truly she just got married you for GC. It is written in the Scriptures "Galatians 6:7 -- Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap".

Have faith in God, be well, and never put yourself down because of this experience -- its not worth at all. Be happy and God bless you.

Thanks and I agree I am not mad I want to move on also. She is the one being bitter and angry, she is mad she got told to move out after commuting domestic violence. Since when is it okay to abuse your spouse then try to blackmail them with threats to sue in federal court walk a mile in my shoes here in Kansas then tell me what you think....it is not about being vindictive it is about the truth plain and simple, BTW thanks for the word and I have not done this without consulting my pastor here in Wichita Kansas

Alright, I got you. Just do what you can do legally and definitely move on. As long you are on the side of truth, things would get easier for you. I'm glad that you listen to the word of God. You will be well for sure. God knows best and good luck.
