My husband emailed DS 3032 form on January 17th to NVC. I haven't received any email with IV invoice as of now. Is it normal for them to take this long to go thru your email and enter in their system?

I called NVC couple times and they keep saying they haven't gone thru all emails yet due to how many they receive each day.

Yeh hopefully April. Btw how to find out the February interview dates? Is there a way there is a list posted by NVC?

I don't know if NVC posts interview dates. What I do know is it depends on embassy's available interview slots where the applicant will have the interview.

I got an email today from NVC saying that I need to resend the DS 3032. I sent the email template, but they said that the form needs to be printed out, filled out, signed and scanned for them to accept it. You might want to try that!

My Husband filled out the form, signed it, scanned it and emailed it. They said that due to the volume of emails they are receiving, its taking them long. Lets hope they hire more help since its beginning of the year and they just have new budget to work with :D

I sent it by email (template, no document attached) a week ago. Still waiting.

Would it be bad to resend it with the scan document attached?

Also, should I send it from my email (I'm the beneficiary) or from my husband's email (he's the USC, NVC sends everything to his email)? Thanks!

DS-3032 acceptance emails received this morning. Only found out this afternoon when I checked my parents emails. I had the impression that NVC was going to send me those emails. tongue_ss.gif Took about 10 business days.

Hope you guys will received yours soon.

Send it from beneficiary's email address. From what I have been reading, sometimes they are accepting email template and sometimes they don't. Just call them and confirm.

I called last night & they do accept the email template.
