Interesting about the size. I asked my fiancee what size she was and of course she did not know. I asked her to go to a jewelry store and get sized. She came back a day or 2 later and said she was a size 6 1/2. Does that seem awfully big for a Pinay? At 5'3" she is a bit taller than average but she is slight and weighs about a pound above nothing :)

Is it possible that ring measurements in the Philippines are different? I always assumed it was universal.

... well my wife said she was a size 7, so for almost a year she had too large of size engagement. Here wedding band is a 5.25, but then so is her engagement ring... now. ^_^

Hi Davenjet, not sure about it, but the gold smith told me the one they used was a US/Canada standard. 6 1/2 is not big hehe, in fact normal size for all fingers here :goofy: I'm 5"1.5 and my fiance finds everything in me small too ya know,

They should rename the Engagement ring, hence forth it should be known as the "Endangerment ring"...

Ya butt most of those lie the other way around, which started companies making clothes and labeling them a smaller size, then those that are small have even more trouble actually finding a size small enough....
