on the form I downloaded off the USCIS website, i jsut read the form expires on 8/31/12, does this matter? Should I be looking for a new form somewhere??? Also, since we are just now submitting our 129f package there is no A number to be filled in on the form, we just leave that blank until they assign us one, is this correct? Should we be writting none is all empty blanks?

That is the "OMB date" the date which is supposed to remind the Office of Management and Budbet to review the form. Disregard the date.

For the A number, write "none" It is BEST not to leave those questions blank as then they are "not answered" and the adjudicator has "no answer" and may just decide they need an answer and how silly will you feel if you get an RFE to write "none"?

If it does not work on your computer program to type "none" (now hold on because I am going to divulge a top secret) then PRINT it blank and use this antique thing called a PEN to HANDWRITE "none" in the empty space. YES, they will accept it! :P

haha it is letting me type it in, but thanks I'll keep that in mind. Is there a different form for the foreign applicant? I only ask because it asks for appliants address if outside the U.S. but if they live outside the U.S. and already listed that it should be fine right? I feel so stupid because I know these should be simple things, I just do not want to mess anything up.

Totally normal you are wondering about every little things and you don't want to mess up. It shows you care. And it is better to feel stupid now than in 6 months when you get an RFE.

Have you tried to use this: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide ?

It lists all the form you need to send, with exemples of how to fill. Pretty nice good.gif

Good luck in your visa journey!

From the day we sent I-129F to the day I recieved my K-1: Exactly 9 months

No, same form. The G-325a is used for a lot of visas so the questions may not always seem appropriate for the K-1. Your fiancee's last address outside the US for more than one year is usually her current address, just write it in again. Read carefully, interpret literally.
