My case is complete.

Son #1's case is complete.

Son #3 is still pending thanks to the checklist we got saying the section 25 of our I-864 didn't match the most recent tax return... even though it did. So we're waiting for them to review the same numbers again!

We aren't REALLY complete until it's all 3 of us so we are waiting on my 4 year old even though his paperwork was the exact same. :bonk:

But we are close!

2012-11-01: NOA1 by email - MSC

Thanks! Definitely frustrating to have a checklist resulting in us sending the EXACT SAME document that was already submitted. I'm truly hoping someone just misread the two numbers and didn't bother to compare to the two other files. We are ahead of schedule at any rate so no complaints from me at this point.
